Return services may be delayed due to COVID-19 safety measures.
At Vanititi Store, the professional company, we make every effort to provide our customers with the best services to achieve their complete satisfaction, taking into account all the possibilities that the product may go through through the different stages until it reaches our customers.
- If the product is not received because you are not at home and it is returned by the shipping company, return shipping costs and any additional fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
- If you notice a defect or damage to a shipment received, never accept the receipt. Inform the shipping representative and contact us to arrange a replacement for you.
- It is highly recommended that you document the condition of the product with a photo or video to guarantee the return, exchange and refund process. (Order opening video)
When you receive the product, please check the following:
- Documentation of opening the order.
- Check the product well after taking it out of its box, to make sure there is no damage (caused by a shipping problem or an error of the shipping company). If you notice damage to the order box, please document this before opening the box.
- Check that your product name and order number match.
- Check if the warranty is correctly on the product packaging.
- Upon receipt of the order, please document the status of the order before and during the opening of the order to confirm the return or exchange process, or to send the missing products, if any.
- If you find any damage or missing products, contact us and choose the best option (a video of order opening documentation is required). In this case, the costs of returning shipping and replacement or sending the missing products are at the expense of the seller.
If you want to return an intact product, you can return it within three days from the date of delivery; Return shipping fees and any additional costs will be deducted from the refund amount, provided the product is intact and unopened.
If the above conditions are not met, we will evaluate the problem and send the amounts due according to the conditions and costs of the shipping and customs process in the country from which the product will be returned.
Products categorized as "non-returnable" cannot be returned. on the sale page.
